"I bought these loafers last year and have..."
I bought these loafers last year and have worn them a ton for work. The leather has definitely creased a bit, but the soles are still in good shape. They were a little more than I’d usually like to spend, so I was hoping they’d hold up, and they’ve done better than I expected so far.

I had to send back a pair of boots because they were a little too tight. The return process on the website was simple enough and I had the label sorted in just a few minutes, so that part was really easy.
I dropped the parcel off and the refund came through quicker than I expected, which was great. I did feel a bit ignored in between though, since there wasn’t much communication or reassurance after I sent it off. Still, it worked out fine in the end and I’d probably order again

"Sizing was just right for me"
I ordered my usual size and it fit exactly how I hoped. No fuss, no guessing, just a straightforward fit. Personally, I’d say the sizing is spot on.

"Took forever to get a reply"
I reached out to customer service it took way too long to hear back. I kept checking my inbox and even noticed the timestamp on my original message because it felt like ages had passed. When they finally replied, it was fine, but the wait was frustrating

"Nice styles, but a little on the pricey side"
So... I’ve bought a couple of pairs from Russell & Bromley now, and I do really like their designs. The shoes look smart without being too flashy, and they’re easy to wear with loads of different outfits. The quality feels good as well. I’m only giving 4 stars because they are quite expensive, so I tend to only buy when I really love something

"Refund came through, just a little late"
I did get my refund in the end. It just took a few extra days than I expected, I think it was supposed to show up around Monday or maybe Tuesday, but it landed later that week. Not a huge deal, just a bit of waiting.

"Finally found my size"
I’d been hunting around for my size for ages, so I was chuffed when Russell & Bromley actually had it in stock.
Ordering was nice and straightforward too, with none of that annoying “available” nonsense that suddenly disappears when you get to checkout.
it was all easy. They had what I wanted, I bought it without any faff, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Nice shoes, just a bit pricey pricey"
I bought a pair of loafers the leather feels really nice, really nice. They did take a little time to break in, but after wearing them for a few weeks, they’ve held up well. Overall I’m happy with the quality, even if the price felt a bit high.

I picked up a pair of loafers from Russell & Bromley and they’ve been really easy to wear from day one. I’m usually in between sizes, so I wasn’t sure how they’d fit, but my usual size was spot on. I wore them all day at work and didn’t have any rubbing or sore spots, which is a big win with new shoes. They look smart but are still comfortable enough for being on your feet for hours, so I’m really pleased with them.

I bought a pair of shoes from Russell & Bromley and they feel really well made. They definitely weren’t cheap, you can tell the quality is there though. Some of the styles do feel a little overpriced to me, but if they hold up well over time then I’d say they’re still decent value.

"Looked Smart Right Away"
When I opened it, I remember thinking, okay, this actually looks nicer than I expected. The box was neat and tidy, and the packaging had a smart, put-together feel to it. Nothing over the top, just quite nice overall.

"Arrived way sooner than expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes from Russell and Bromley and didn’t expect them to turn up so quickly. I got regular updates along the way, which made it much easier to know when to be in and I wasn’t left wondering where my parcel was. The shoes arrived really well packed too. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely order again

My order showed up around when they said it would, so yeah, no complaints there. The tracking was fine too, not super detailed or anything, but enough to know what was going on. Overall, smooth… nothing really stood out in a bad way.
